A rendszerszint\u0171 ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st ad a szab\u00e1lyok betart\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, ami megalapozza az egyes \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok hat\u00e9kony m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t, \u00e9s \u00edgy hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul a koronav\u00edrus elleni eredm\u00e9nyes v\u00e9dekez\u00e9shez is. Az egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok \u2013 a j\u00f6v\u0151re vonatkoz\u00f3an \u2013 m\u00e1r az ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s sor\u00e1n jav\u00edthatj\u00e1k a hi\u00e1nyoss\u00e1gaikat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aszhirportal.hu\/hu\/hirek\/minden-onkormanyzathoz-eljut-az-asz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Az \u00c1llami Sz\u00e1mvev\u0151sz\u00e9k m\u00e9g 2019 v\u00e9g\u00e9n jelentette be<\/a>, hogy az \u00f6sszes magyarorsz\u00e1gi \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat korrupci\u00f3 elleni v\u00e9detts\u00e9g\u00e9nek \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s\u00e9t elv\u00e9gzi 2020-ban.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aszhirportal.hu\/hu\/sajtokozlemenyek\/uj-ellenorzesi-megkozelitessel-tamogatja-az-asz-az-onkormanyzatokat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Az \u00c1SZ 2020 elej\u00e9n a 3197 \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatot el\u0151re \u00e9rtes\u00edtette arr\u00f3l<\/a>, hogy m\u00e1rciust\u00f3l ellen\u0151rizni fogja az integrit\u00e1s alap\u00fa m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00fcket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A megfelel\u0151 felk\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9s, illetve az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati hivatalok \u00e9s dolgoz\u00f3k tehermentes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9sekben&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aszhirportal.hu\/hu\/sajtokozlemenyek\/tamogatast-nyujt-minden-onkormanyzatnak-az-asz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">az \u00c1SZ pontosan megadta a bek\u00e9rend\u0151 dokumentumok list\u00e1j\u00e1t<\/a>. Ez \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatonk\u00e9nt 26 \u2013 jelen id\u0151ben hat\u00e1lyos \u2013 az alapvet\u0151, mindennapi m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9st szab\u00e1lyoz\u00f3 dokumentumot jelent. Ezeknek folyamatosan rendelkez\u00e9sre kell \u00e1llniuk, ugyanis ezek biztos\u00edtj\u00e1k az adott \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek szab\u00e1lyozotts\u00e1g\u00e1t \u00e9s szab\u00e1lyos gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 2020-ra vonatkoz\u00f3 rendszerszint\u0171 \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s az\u00e9rt is fontos, mert a szab\u00e1lyk\u00f6vet\u00e9snek \u00e9s rendezetts\u00e9gnek a koronav\u00edrus-j\u00e1rv\u00e1ny id\u0151szak\u00e1ban k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen nagy jelent\u0151s\u00e9ge van. Az \u00c1SZ \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9se szerint a rendk\u00edv\u00fcli \u00e1llapot kiemelt korrupci\u00f3s, illetve szab\u00e1lys\u00e9rt\u00e9si kock\u00e1zatot jelent. Mindez azt jelenti, hogy az ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st ny\u00fajt a szab\u00e1lyok betart\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, ami megalapozza az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok hat\u00e9kony m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t, emellett hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul a koronav\u00edrus id\u0151szak\u00e1ban megn\u00f6vekedett korrupci\u00f3s kock\u00e1zatok elleni eredm\u00e9nyes v\u00e9dekez\u00e9shez, illetve az \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz, ami mindannyiunk k\u00f6z\u00f6s \u00e9rdeke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A digit\u00e1lis adatbek\u00e9r\u00e9sek ut\u00e1n a monitoring-t\u00edpus\u00fa \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sek \u00fctemezetten zajlanak mind a 3197 \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatn\u00e1l \u00e9s hivatalaikn\u00e1l. Az \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sek sor\u00e1n az \u00c1SZ szoros egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sre t\u00f6rekszik az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatokkal, illetve az orsz\u00e1gos \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati \u00e9rdeksz\u00f6vets\u00e9gek vezet\u0151it is t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatta a rendszerszint\u0171 ellen\u0151rz\u00e9sr\u0151l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sz\u00e1mvev\u0151sz\u00e9ki ellen\u0151rz\u00e9sek c\u00e9lja nem a hibakeres\u00e9s, hanem a k\u00f6zp\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi helyzet jav\u00edt\u00e1sa, a k\u00f6zp\u00e9nzt haszn\u00e1l\u00f3 \u00e9s k\u00f6zvagyont kezel\u0151 szervezetek szab\u00e1lyozotts\u00e1g\u00e1nak, korrupci\u00f3 elleni v\u00e9detts\u00e9g\u00e9nek, illetve \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3s\u00e1g\u00e1nak fokoz\u00e1sa, v\u00e9gs\u0151 soron az egyes \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00f6vez\u0151 k\u00f6zbizalom tov\u00e1bbi er\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9se.
