The purpose of the meeting was to present the two institutions and to explore possibilities for cooperation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The State Audit Office of Hungary (SAO) and the Turkish Court of Accounts (TCA) have so far cooperated mainly in multilateral international fora. The President of TCA, which is 163 years old this year, invited Dr. L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Windisch, President of the SAO, to Ankara to review the future possibilities of bilateral relations. During the meeting, the two institutions presented their organisational structure, the background of their operations and the scope of their audits. In his presentation, the President of the SAO briefly outlined the main features of the SAO and the types of audits carried out by the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"767\" src=\"\/files\/torok1-1024x767.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33501\" srcset=\"\/files\/torok1-1024x767.jpg 1024w, \/files\/torok1-300x225.jpg 300w, \/files\/torok1-768x575.jpg 768w, \/files\/torok1-1536x1150.jpg 1536w, \/files\/torok1-16x12.jpg 16w, \/files\/torok1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to a general presentation of the institution, the TCA also outlined the technological innovations used in its audit work. At the end of the meeting, the parties discussed future possibilities for cooperation between the two institutions and the framework for signing a cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H.E.
