Under applicable law, charges related to these offences preclude the establishment of the legal employment relationship of the Integrity Authority\u2019s President; in other words, the legal requirements necessary to hold this office are no longer met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the complaint, the Budapest-Capital Regional Court will decide on the termination of
