Dr. László Windisch, President of the State Audit Office of Hungary and Ferenc Pál Biró, President of the Integrity Authority signed an agreement on defining the framework and content of the cooperation between the two institutions. The aim of the cooperation is to facilitate the effective implementation of the statutory tasks and to create the necessary preconditions for the mutual fulfilment of these duties.
In addition to the cooperation on professional matters, exchanging experiences and holding consultations, the heads of the two institutions also agreed that, if justified and feasible, they would jointly initiate amendments to the legislative framework and could also present legislative proposals.
