The SAO of Hungary has obtained the right to use the Family-Friendly Workplace certification mark. The mark attests to the institution’s commitment to family-friendly working and the existence of basic measures to achieve this.
The Family-Friendly certification mark can be awarded to organisations where the institution promotes family roles, taking into account the mutual interests of employers and employees. A family-friendly workplace recognises the changing life situations of families, thereby reducing clashes arising from conflicts between the expectations of the organisation and the needs of the family environment. The certificate issued by the Family-Friendly Hungary Center (Családbarát Magyarország Központ) evaluated, among other things, the employer’s measures related to working hours, commuting assistance, fringe benefits, health screening programmes and the organisation of team building activities. The SAO of Hungary also plans to expand the range of family-friendly measures in the future.
